Company
Showpad is a B2B SaaS sales enablement platform that empowers sales and marketing teams. A device agnostic platform, Showpad is available on Desktop, iOS, Android, Windows, Gmail plugin, Outlook plugin, and a Salesforce app. Marketing teams upload and manage content while receiving valuable data on each piece of content and sales representative. Sales representatives are able to search, discover, and present this content to prospects.
My Role
I was initially part of the Discover and Measure team. This team is responsible for content discovery and search as well as reporting and analytics. The products that I design have a strong focus on data visualization. I design across all device types but primarily focus on the Salesperson Platform and Admin Platform, our two web applications. Currently, I am a designer on the Showpad Coach team.

Webapp UI Kit
To help make the design team more consistent and cohesive, I built a more advanced version of our Web UI kit. Following Atomic Design principles, the components are broken into three sections: Atoms, Molecules, and Organisms. Each component was built in a scalable way so that the design team could quickly create high fidelity mocks using the same library.

Salesforce Logging Shared Spaces
Shared Spaces, an existing feature in Showpad, is a microsite for salespeople to collaborate with customers or internal coworkers. Logging interactions and information to Salesforce was heavily requested by our customers. Users can log their interactions to an Account or Opportunity, as well as a Contact or Lead.

Salesforce App
This feature was an enhancement of content recommendations within Showpad’s Salesforce App. As a salesperson, there are two rows of content recommendations, the first for content that is recommended to be shared and the second for popular content that relates to an Account or Opportunity. As the user hovers over each card, the image expands, revealing more detailed information on how it relates to the deal.

Search in Video
This feature was designed across all apps including: Web, iOS, Android, Windows, Outlook plugin, and Gmail plugin. Users are now able to search phrases that are spoken within a video. In each search result an indicator shows the exact time the phrase was spoken.

Page Level Analytics
Page Level Analytics gives admins a deeper view into how their users interact with content. Admins can click into a particular file and filter down the view to be either: the entire document, by all pages, or by individual pages. At the most granular level, admins can see how many times a particular page was viewed and for how long.

Lock Pages
In Showpad, admins can decide if they want to lock particular pages within a PDF or document. Before this feature was designed, Locked Pages was only available on mobile. With this design, Locked Pages can now be used on the web.

Admin Platform Revamp
The Admin Platform in Showpad is where marketing managers go to manage content, users, experiences, and to see reporting. This revamp had the goal of modernizing the UI and improving the UX of certain parts of the platform. Each tab was completely redesigned using a new and improved UI kit that was built from scratch. One of the most apparent changes was the switch from a horizontal navigation to a vertical side navigation.
